Warranty and Returns For D.T. Systems products: All of D.T. Systems Training collars have a one year warranty against manufacturer defects. Some special models have a Premium Lifetime Warranty available; see catalog for details. This warranty is through the manufacturer. All warranty repairs should be sent into D.T. Systems by the consumer with a brief explanation of the problem they are experiencing. The unit must be sent in with a copy of the valid sales receipt verifying the date of purchase to prevent any unnecessary charges. D.T. Systems reserves the right to fix or replace the defective product. Damage due to wear and tear or normal use is not covered under warranty and customers will be subject to a service or repair charge. D.T. TESTIMONIALWe have two dogs, a large black lab mix and a border collie mix. We installed the IUC 4100 over 2 acres of our property. This product turned out to be an excellent choice for us. The training DVD was great and the one time I had to call for support I received excellent advice. Both rechargable collars have given us no problems (1 1/2 years old) and they get there share of abuse - our dogs are very active.
