On the Shipping and Payment Page after filling out your Shipping Address, chose the Correct shipping method for you, UPS is the default method In the Payment Section, please fill out the CORRECT Billing Address and card information. If the shipping and billing addresses are different,please 866-698-2678 call for approval if they are the same you can tick the little box above the address and then fill in your card info including the 3 digit CVV code from the back of your card (please make sure that the address you put on as the billing address is the one your bank has for the card you are going to use)When finished the shipping and billing information then click the “NEXT BUTTON" to move to the Review Page,

If the product is shipped by UPS, you will receive an email with your SHIPPING & TRACKING information, from bc @ k9electricdogfence.com (no space) . If the Product is shipped by USPS (at our discretion) you might not receive a shipping email. Call us for your tracking numbers. Please make sure that these 2 email addresses are added to your email safe contact list for the email address you put on this order, to ensure that these messages get to you.
3. TO CORRECT OR CHANGE THE INFORMATION ON YOUR ORDER

4. THE REASONS FOR AN ERROR MESSAGE DURING THE ORDERING PROCESS
Error messages usually appear at the top of your order form and they are coming from the credit card processor or your bank. They usually show up after you have pushed the Submit button. If you get an error message DO NOT press Submit again until you have made an attempt to resolve the problem.
Please read the information below for a solution to the problem and what the messages means. If none of these solutions work for you, PLEASE GIVE US A CALL AT 1-866-698-2678 to resolve the issue and help you complete your order.
The most common error messages are:
Authorization was successful but the transaction was aborted due to AVS Failure. This message is coming from your bank. It will mean either of two things:
A. The address that you put in the Billing address is NOT CORRECT. It does not match the address that your bank has on file, for the card you are using for this order. PLEASE RECHECK the Billing address to make sure it is correct BEFORE resubmitting. Examples might be maybe you have moved recently and the bank has your old address on file for that card? Or you are using a corporate card with you home address? The street number and the zip code must match what the bank currently has on file.
B. The 3 digit code from the back of your card (after the last four digits of the card number) that you put in for the CVV number on the billing information page is NOT CORRECT. Please recheck and correct the CVV number before resubmitting your order? If it is blurry or not clear on your card, please use another card. The transaction will not complete without a correct CVV number. The best way to resolve this error is to go back and make sure the billing address and CVV number are correct and match the banks record

The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard ( PCI DSS) is a worldwide information security standard assembled by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council (PCI SSC). The standard was created to help organizations that process card payments PREVENT credit card fraud or identity theft through increased controls around data and its exposure to compromise. The standard applies to all organizations which hold, process, or pass cardholder information from any card branded with the logo of one of the card brands.
Validation of compliance can be performed either internally or externally, depending on the volume of card transactions the organization is handling, but regardless of the size of the organization, compliance must be assessed annually. Organizations handling large volumes of transactions must have their compliance assessed by an independent assessor known as a Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) such as SECURITYMETRICS, while companies handling smaller volumes have the option of self-certification via a Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ). In some regions these SAQs still require signoff by a QSA for submission.Enforcement of compliance is done by the bodies holding relationships with the in-scope organizations. Thus, for organizations processing Visa or Mastercard transactions, compliance is enforced by the organization's acquirer, while organizations handling American Express transactions will deal directly with American Express for the purposes of compliance.
