Both Innotek® and PetSafe® Dog Fence Systems have set the standard for safe, effective dog fencing for over 10 years.You can customize a dog fence to your specifications, using buried dog fencing wire around a boundary for the specified pet containment area and an easy to follow installation process. Create keep-out areas around your garden swimming pool and any other areas you consider off-limits. A control center pet fence transmitter lets you adjust the field width of the dog fence, depending on your unique configuration.
When your dog wears the Dog Fence collar and approaches the perimeter fencing wire , he hears a warning tone. If he continues toward the boundary, he receives a harmless but effective stimulation that reminds him to stay in the safe part of the pet containment area, in your yard.

We have two dogs, a large black lab mix and a border collie mix. We installed the IUC 4100 over 2 acres of our property. This product turned out to be an excellent choice for us. The training DVD was great and the one time I had to call for support I received excellent advice. Both rechargable collars have given us no problems (1 1/2 years old) and they get there share of abuse - our dogs are very active.
One note on this technology if your not sure about its effectiveness. We also have a few free ranging hens for eggs. The dogs will not cross the fence even when the hens walk near the line. Now that's temptation! **** 5 Star Rating
