If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the original purchase date to return the product for a full refund, less shipping costs and a 5% processing fee. There are no returns after 60 days.
The exception to this is:
There is no returns or refund for individual Wire Rolls, Beds, used Feeders and Waterers or Pet Apparel, Carriers, Lifejackets, or Pet Waste Disposal Products for sanitary reasons, for some of these call the manufacturer direcly see your packaging for the phone numbers or call us for the customer service numbers,
Also for sanitary reasons there is also no returns or refunds on pet beds unless they are unopened and still in the sealed box they came in.
For KH pet beds they are Returnable ONLY if in sealed, unopened box, refund will be based on inspection,
For KH deal with the manufacturer directly if product has a defect.
Returns for Kidco Products, Cardinal, North States and Simpson Ventures ( Mr Herzher's) are handled directly with the manufacturer, check your packaging for the phone number, if we have to do a return there will be a 15% restocking fee.

2) Within 2 business days, a Customer Service representative will email you instructions for returning your item along with the RETURN ADDRESS FOR RETURN SHIPMENT and RMA Number. Which your will MAKE SURE TO MARK VERY CLEARLY ON THE OUT SIDE OF THE PACKAGE.
- Request for returning an item must be submitted within 30 days of the invoice date(the date the order was placed).
- Upon receiving your email request for a Return or Exchange, a Customer Service Representative will email you return instructions with the address on where you need to ship your item back to, along with an RMA Number
- We recommend that packages be sent back to us with UPS or FedEx Ground or any other carrier that can track and insure it's packages.
- Make sure to NOTIFY US BY PHONE OR EMAIL WHEN IT IS SHIPPED BACK TO US with the tracking number so that we can track the package for you and issue credit immediately upon arrival. Please be sure to completely wrap your returns in the original packaging or equivalent and please package with appropriate packing material for safe shipment..
- Except in the case of a manufacturer's defect, return shipping charges are NOT refundable and initial shipping fees are NOT refundable.
- A 5% restocking fee will be charged for each returned item that is not a manufacturer defect. A 15% restocking fee will be charged if the product is returned unclean
- Credit card processing fees on the original item will not be refunded , these are usually around 5% or less.
- All return items must be in "re-sellable condition" ** to qualify for a return or exchange.
- Once we receive your returned item, it will be examined to determine if it is in re-sellable condition. Please allow up to 7 business days for inspection and processing of the returned item.
- If the item is re-sellable, a refund will be issued to your credit card (minus the original shipping fees) within 30 days of receiving your returned item.
- If the item is found not to be in re-sellable condition, a Customer Service Representative will contact you to notify you of the inspection. Items that are not re-sellable will be shipped back to you, at your request.
** Note about "re-sellable condition": Items must be clean, undamaged and returned in the original packaging. Items displaying excessive wear are not eligible for a refund. Wire that has been removed from the spool and/or placed in the ground or installed, and flags that are rusted or have been used are examples of items displaying excessive wear. These items can not be salvaged and resold.
To prevent any delays in your refund or exchange, please follow these instructions:
- Returns must include a copy of the original invoice with the "RMA Number" and "Reason for Return" written on the invoice.
- Returns must include all components and wrappings of the original manufacturers' package.

ONE YEAR NON-TRANSFERRABLE LIMITED WARRANTY
WHAT IS COVERED: Radio Systems Corporation d/b/a PetSafe (hereinafter referred to as “PetSafe”) warrants to the original retail consumer purchaser, and not any other purchaser or subsequent owner, that its PetSafe product, when subject to normal and proper residential use, will be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the purchase date. An “original retail consumer purchaser” is a person or entity who originally purchases the product, or a gift recipient of a new product that is unopened and in its original packaging. When serviced by PetSafe Customer Service, PetSafe covers labor and parts for the first year of ownership; after the first year, a service or upgrade charge will apply relative to replacement of the product, with new or refurbished items at PetSafe’s sole discretion. The limited warranty is non-transferrable and shall automatically terminate if the original retail consumer purchaser resells the PetSafe product or transfers the property on which the PetSafe product is installed. In the event of defect, these are your exclusive remedies.
PROPER PRODUCT USE: This product is designed only for use with domesticated animals; do not use this product for any other purpose. However, the specific temperament of your animal may not work with this product. We recommend that you do not use this product if your animal is aggressive. If you are unsure whether this product is appropriate for your animal, please consult with your veterinarian or certified trainer before you use this product. WHAT IS NOT COVERED: This non-transferrable limited warranty does not provide protection against, and PetSafe will have no liability under this non-transferrable limited warranty for any damage to or defects in the products caused by any animal, loss of product(s), failure, defect or damage caused by events and situations beyond normal residential exposure conditions, including, but not limited to: commercial use, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation or installation not in accordance with PetSafe’s instructions, use of non-PetSafe accessories, impacts of foreign objects, acts of God, abnormal or improper use, improper storage, attempted repair or service by anyone other than PetSafe Customer Service, accident, alteration, defects in or failure of the surface the PetSafe product is installed in or upon, discoloration or other damage caused by pollution, sunlight, other environmental conditions, mold, dirt, mildew, or exposure to harmful chemicals and any other cause not involving manufacturing defects in the PetSafe product.
Under no circumstances will PetSafe be liable for any non-PetSafe labor charges or any expenses whatsoever in connection with the removal, repair or installation of either the original or replacement component(s) relative to in-ground fence installation, kennel installation, pet door installation and other permanent, semi-permanent, or fixture type installations on the retail consumer purchaser’s property.
REGISTERING THE PRODUCT: Within thirty (30) days of purchase, please go to www.petsafe.net to register your purchase. A sales receipt shall be required to obtain warranty coverage. Please keep this information in a safe place.
MAKING A WARRANTY CLAIM: To obtain warranty service, call the PetSafe Customer Care center. In the United States or Canada, 1-800-732-2677;
Pursuant to this non-transferrable limited warranty, PetSafe will replace the part with a new or refurbished part. This non-transferrable limited warranty will then apply to either the new or refurbished part for the remainder of the original non-transferrable limited warranty period.
DISCLAIMERS: Replacement as provided under this non-transferrable limited warranty is the exclusive remedy of the consumer. Neither labor to remove the part nor labor to install the refurbished or replaced part is covered.
This non-transferrable limited warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties. PetSafe expressly disclaims and excludes all other warranties, express or implied, including without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. PetSafe also disclaims and excludes all liability for incidental, consequential, punitive, direct, indirect, special or any other damages arising out of or connected with the purchase, use or misuse of this product or for the breach of any express or implied warranties or breach of contract or otherwise. Purchaser assumes all risks and liabilities from the use or misuse of this product. PetSafe does not authorize any other person or agent to make any other express or implied warranties.
Furthermore, PetSafe will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury resulting from delay in delivery of replacement parts or for any failure by PetSafe to perform covered repair work due to circumstances beyond PetSafe’s control.
GOVERNING LAW: This non-transferrable limited warranty shall be governed by the law of the State of Tennessee, U.S.A., and by the laws of the United States of America, excluding their conflicts of laws principles. Furthermore, the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby excluded in its entirety from application to this nontransferrable limited warranty. Jurisdiction and venue shall be exclusive to the courts of Knox County, Tennessee.
These warranties give you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state or country to country. Some states or countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

To qualify for the limited lifetime warranty:
Dogtra Company provides the original purchaser with a limited lifetime warranty for the 175NCP, 180NCP, 200Series, 210 Series, 1400 Series, 1500 Series, 1600 Series, 1700 Series, 1800 Series, 2200 Series, 2000 T&B Series, 3500 Series, 2500 T&B Series, 280 Series, 1900 Series, 2300 Series purchased after Dec. 31, 2005.
TO REGISTER your Dogtra product, please log onto our website at www.dogtra.com, click on the warranty registration link and fill out the required information. All registration must be completed within 30 days of your purchase. If you do not have access to a computer, you can call our toll free number of 888-811-9111 so one of our customer service representatives can register your product online for you. Also if you were unable to register your product on our website we will accept all products for repair with a proof of purchase. We strongly recommend you keep your original receipt. If your product is not registered and proof of purchase is not available at the time of service, Dogtra will estimate the age of the unit by the serial number. Serial number estimates can be different than the actual purchase time. Without proof of purchase or product registration this is the only method we have for determining the approximate date of purchase.
Limited lifetime warranty covers:
Limited Lifetime Warranty begins from the date of purchase. For the first two years coverage is for both parts and labor, on all our products purchased new. Accessories such as, chargers, splitter cables, antennas, straps and batteries have a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. Once the first and second year warranty coverage expires, the Limited Lifetime Warranty will cover for all parts except accessories and labor fees. Labor fees and shipping fees incurred are the customers' responsibility. Labor fees will be variable depending on the extent of work required. The Limited Lifetime Warranty will expire 5 years from the date a model is discontinued in production by Dogtra Company.
** Battery replacement by the customer during the first year of the warranty is not recommended. If the customer chooses to replace the batteries, any damage to the unit during the change-out by the owner will void the warranty. **

Dogtra Company provides the original purchaser a one-year limited warranty on parts and labor from the date of the original purchase. Products covered include, Yapper Stoppers bark collars, E-Fence 3000/3000Gold, Remote Release Systems, (RRS, RRD and RRdeluxe) PL and QL Launcher Systems.
|Not Covered under the Dogtra Warranty Coverage
All units coming in for warranty or out of warranty services, inbound shipping fees are the senders' responsibility. Outbound shipping fees for out of warranty units will be an addition to the repair fees and are the customers' responsibility.
||NOT COVERED UNDER LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY:
We cannot offer warranty for units/products that have been bought secondhand or as a resold product.
Dogtra DOES NOT replace defective units or provide refunds for products purchased from us after 30 days from the date of the purchase. Issues of replacement and refunds on units purchased less than 30 days from an authorized dealer need to be addressed to the dealer directly.
Dogtra's warranty DOES NOT cover repairs or replacements due to misuse by the owner or dog, improper maintenance, and/or lost units. Any water damage on the Water Resistant Transmitters of the 175NCP, 180NCP, 200NCP, 202NCP, 1400NCP, 1402NCP, 1500NCP and 1502NCP will also not be covered. All replacement cost for either the transmitter or receiver will be the owner's responsibility.

If the product is resold, the warranty will become void and all repairs will be subject to applicable labor fees.

|Procedure for Repair Work
The cost of shipping product under warranty back to Dogtra is the customers' responsibility. Dogtra will provide/pay (via regular ground service, within the continental United States) the shipping cost back to the customer. Any expedited shipping service will be at the customers' expense. Dogtra is not responsible for loss of training time or inconvenience while the unit is in for repair work. Dogtra does not provide loaner units or any form of compensation during the repair period.
A copy of the sales receipt showing the purchase date is required before warranty work is initiated.

D.T. Systems Premium Lifetime Warranty is the best warranty offered in the industry. This warranty is free to participating customers. This changes our normal one year parts and labor warranty to a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on parts and a one year warranty on labor.
What is covered:
- D.T. Systems Premium Lifetime Warranty covers all parts to be free from manufacturing defects for as long as the unit is held by the original owner.
- Lifetime Warranty applies only to SPT, EDT and ST series collars.
What is not covered:
- Batteries are not part of our lifetime warranty. Rechargeable batteries are warranted against defects for one year from the original purchase date.
- Our warranty does not cover parts that malfunction due to abuse, misuse, improper maintenance, or incorrect handling.
- Damage from dogs chewing or wear and tear from excessive field use is not covered.
- Our warranty does not cover the cost of shipping the unit to our repair center. Return ground shipping (inside the continental United States) to the customer is covered. However, next day or second day air shipping is not covered and if requested will be charged.
- Any unit purchased prior to January 2001 is not covered by the Lifetime Warranty but is covered by our standard One Year warranty.
How the Lifetime Warranty works:
- To qualify for the Warranty you must fill out the warranty registration card which came with your system and mail it (with your original sales receipt) to D.T. Systems within 30 days of purchase.
- There is no charge for parts or labor for the first year on any of our lifetime warranted products.
- When the product’s labor warranty expires after the first year, there will be a normal labor charge for any repair under the lifetime warranty program should your system be in need of service. Labor charges will range from $35 to $110 depending on 1) the system model, and 2) the severity of the repair needed.
- Any defective manufactured part or parts that need replacement will be free during the lifetime warranty period.

The Remote Trainer is covered by a two-year warranty on parts and labor. (Other Tri-Tronics products may have a one-year warranty.) The warranty is transferable to a new owner. It does not cover physical damage or abuse. The warranty is also void if your unit has been altered or unauthorized service work has been attempted. Proof of purchase may be required.
Always contact our Customer Service department before sending your unit in for repair. If you send your unit in for repair, either while under warranty or out of warranty, we may replace it with a reconditioned unit.

1. For one (1) year from the date of original purchase, MIDWEST Homes For Pets (“MIDWEST”) warrants to the purchaser of this pet home that, should it prove
defective by reason of improper workmanship and/or material, MIDWEST will repair or replace, at its option, any defective part of the pet home, without charge for the part
or for shipping. Replacement parts are warranted for the remainder of the original period.
2. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER defects in the enclosure caused by any animal, any physical abuse to or misuse of the pet home, any damage caused by the
original purchaser or any third party, or any defects arising or discovered more than one (1) year from the original retail purchase date.

WARRANTY AND RETURN FOR GATES
Effective March 1, 2011 –
All customers will receive a 15% restocking fee on returned gates or gate accessories (North States, Kidco, Richell, Cardinal).
Obviously, there are exceptions – a mistake on our part (wrong item entered on order, wrong item shipped) or a truly defective item returned for credit – that entitle a full refund.
Defective items where the customer wants a replacement, this needs to be handled with the manufacturers, as all their products should have warranties. Some manufacturers may ask us to replace and they will credit us, but I need their “approval” in email form in order to be able to deduct the costs of replacement. this is particularly true with North States.
Just a general reminder about defective products: Defective items generally have warranties with the manufacturer and customers’ need to go through their warranties to get the replacements. We are not responsible for picking up and call tagging a defective item – for replacement or credit. If a customer chooses to return an item that they feel is defective, then it is their responsibility to return the itemand pay for the shipping , for which we will issue a refund for the item only minus 15% restocking fee.

Paws Aboard offers a variety of products for you and your pet, all at the lowest possible pricing. Our goal is the complete satisfaction of our customers. We hope that all of our customers are satisfied with their purchase. However, if the rare situation occurs where you are not satisfied, or decide you do not want the product you ordered, then we invite you to return your products to us.
Return Policy and Return Instructions
All returns must have Return Authorization Number (RAN) on the packing label for the package to be accepted. Packages without a RAN will be refused.
To obtain a Return Authorization Number, please call our office at 877-987-7297 during business hours: Monday through Friday – 9am to 5pm (Eastern).
Returns must be requested within 30 days of the invoice date (No Exceptions).
Returned items must be in new condition, in factory sealed original packaging and include any manuals, and all accessories provided.
To receive a credit, the items you return must have been purchased directly from Paws Aboard. A 20% restocking fee and the cost we paid to ship the product to you will be deducted from the credit total. If your product is damaged, refer to the warranty provided, or call or email our office for the manufacturers warranty repair information.
- Partial returns and/or damages will not receive a full credit. Items damaged through “wear and tear” or due to shipping damage will receive a partial or no credit at the discretion on Paws Aboard.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the packaging will not allow product damage in shipping. You should insure the shipment for loss or shipping damage that is out of your control.

Your KidCo gate is warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of one year from date of purchase under normal, non commercial use and while used in compliance with the operating instructions.
