RETURN POLICY
Request for returning an item must be submitted within 30 days of the invoice date(the date the order was placed).
Upon receiving your email request for a Return or Exchange, a Customer Service Representative will email you return instructions with the address on where you need to ship your item back to, along with an RMA Number
We recommend that packages be sent back to us with UPS or FedEx Ground or any other carrier that can track and insure it's packages.
Make sure to NOTIFY US BY PHONE OR EMAIL WHEN IT IS SHIPPED BACK TO US with the tracking number so that we can track the package for you and issue credit immediately upon arrival. Please be sure to completely wrap your returns in the original packaging or equivalent and please package with appropriate packing material for safe shipment..
Except in the case of a manufacturer's defect, return shipping charges are NOT refundable and initial shipping fees are NOT refundable.
A 5% restocking fee will be charged for each returned item that is not a manufacturer defect. A 15% restocking fee will be charged if the product is returned unclean
Credit card processing fees on the original item will not be refunded , these are usually around 5% or less.
All return items must be in "re-sellable condition" ** to qualify for a return or exchange.
Once we receive your returned item, it will be examined to determine if it is in re-sellable condition. Please allow up to 7 business days for inspection and processing of the returned item.
If the item is re-sellable, a refund will be issued to your credit card (minus the original shipping fees) within 30 days of receiving your returned item.
If the item is found not to be in re-sellable condition, a Customer Service Representative will contact you to notify you of the inspection. Items that are not re-sellable will be shipped back to you, at your request.
** Note about "re-sellable condition": Items must be clean, undamaged and returned in the original packaging. Items displaying excessive wear are not eligible for a refund. Wire that has been removed from the spool and/or placed in the ground or installed, and flags that are rusted or have been used are examples of items displaying excessive wear. These items can not be salvaged and resold.

resellers (who display the appropriate sanctioned logos) only sell new products
in original packaging. Product represented as used, refurbished, or “as-is”,
or not in original packaging will not be covered by our warranty, or any

ONE YEAR NON-TRANSFERRABLE LIMITED WARRANTY
WHAT IS COVERED: Radio Systems Corporation d/b/a PetSafe
(hereinafter referred to as “PetSafe”) warrants to the original retail consumer
purchaser, and not any other purchaser or subsequent owner, that its PetSafe
product, when subject to normal and proper residential use, will be free from
defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the
purchase date. An “original retail consumer purchaser” is a person or entity who
originally purchases the product, or a gift recipient of a new product that is
unopened and in its original packaging. When serviced by PetSafe Customer
Service, PetSafe covers labor and parts for the first year of ownership; after
the first year, a service or upgrade charge will apply relative to replacement
of the product, with new or refurbished items at PetSafe’s sole discretion. The
limited warranty is non-transferrable and shall automatically terminate if the
original retail consumer purchaser resells the PetSafe product or transfers the
property on which the PetSafe product is installed. In the event of

PROPER
PRODUCT USE: This product is designed only for use with domesticated animals; do
not use this product for any other purpose. However, the specific
temperament of your animal may not work with this product. We recommend

with your veterinarian or certified trainer before you use this product. Please

WHAT IS NOT COVERED: This non-transferrable
limited warranty does not provide protection against, and PetSafe will have no
liability under this non-transferrable limited warranty for any damage to or
defects in the products caused by any animal, loss of product(s), failure,
defect or damage caused by events and situations beyond normal residential
exposure conditions, including, but not limited to: commercial use, misuse,
abuse, neglect, improper installation or installation not in accordance with
PetSafe’s instructions, use of non-PetSafe accessories, impacts of foreign
objects, acts of God, abnormal or improper use, improper storage, attempted
repair or service by anyone other than PetSafe Customer Service, accident,
alteration, defects in or failure of the surface the PetSafe product is
installed in or upon, discoloration or other damage caused by pollution,
sunlight, other environmental conditions, mold, dirt, mildew, or exposure to
harmful chemicals and any other cause not involving manufacturing defects in the
PetSafe product.
Under no circumstances will PetSafe be liable for any
non-PetSafe labor charges or any expenses whatsoever in connection with the
removal, repair or installation of either the original or replacement
component(s) relative to in-ground fence installation, kennel installation, pet
door installation and other permanent, semi-permanent, or fixture type
installations on the retail consumer purchaser’s
property.
REGISTERING THE PRODUCT: Within thirty (30)
days of purchase, please go to
www.petsafe.net to register your purchase. A sales receipt shall be required
to obtain warranty coverage. Please keep this information in a safe
place.
MAKING A WARRANTY CLAIM: To obtain warranty
service, call the PetSafe Customer Care center. In the United States or Canada,

Pursuant to this non-transferrable limited warranty, PetSafe will
replace the part with a new or refurbished part. This non-transferrable limited
warranty will then apply to either the new or refurbished part for the remainder
of the original non-transferrable limited warranty
period.
DISCLAIMERS: Replacement as provided under this
non-transferrable limited warranty is the exclusive remedy of the consumer.
Neither labor to remove the part nor labor to install the refurbished or
replaced part is covered.
This non-transferrable limited warranty is in
lieu of all other express warranties. PetSafe expressly disclaims and excludes
all other warranties, express or implied, including without limitation, the
warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. PetSafe also
disclaims and excludes all liability for incidental, consequential, punitive,
direct, indirect, special or any other damages arising out of or connected with
the purchase, use or misuse of this product or for the breach of any express or
implied warranties or breach of contract or otherwise. Purchaser assumes all
risks and liabilities from the use or misuse of this product. PetSafe does not
authorize any other person or agent to make any other express or implied
warranties.
Furthermore, PetSafe will not be liable for any loss, damage
or injury resulting from delay in delivery of replacement parts or for any
failure by PetSafe to perform covered repair work due to circumstances beyond
PetSafe’s control.
GOVERNING LAW: This non-transferrable
limited warranty shall be governed by the law of the State of Tennessee, U.S.A.,
and by the laws of the United States of America, excluding their conflicts of
laws principles. Furthermore, the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the
International Sale of Goods is hereby excluded in its entirety from application
to this nontransferrable limited warranty. Jurisdiction and venue shall be
exclusive to the courts of Knox County, Tennessee.
These warranties give
you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from
state to state or country to country. Some states or countries do not allow the
exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above
limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Dogtra product, please log onto our website at www.dogtra.com, click on
the warranty registration link and fill out the required information.
All registration must be completed within 30 days of your purchase. If
you do not have access to a computer, you can call our toll free number
of 888-811-9111 so one of our customer service representatives can
register your product online for you. Also if you were unable to
register your product on our website we will accept all products for
repair with a proof of purchase. We strongly recommend you keep your
original receipt. If your product is not registered and proof of
purchase is not available at the time of service, Dogtra will estimate
the age of the unit by the serial number. Serial number estimates can
be different than the actual purchase time. Without proof of purchase
or product registration this is the only method we have for determining
the approximate date of purchase.
Limited lifetime warranty covers:
Limited
Lifetime Warranty begins from the date of purchase. For the first two
years coverage is for both parts and labor, on all our products
purchased new. Accessories such as, chargers, splitter cables,
antennas, straps and batteries have a one-year warranty from the date
of purchase. Once the first and second year warranty coverage expires,
the Limited Lifetime Warranty will cover for all parts except
accessories and labor fees. Labor fees and shipping fees incurred are
the customers' responsibility. Labor fees will be variable depending on
the extent of work required. The Limited Lifetime Warranty will expire
5 years from the date a model is discontinued in production by Dogtra
Company.
**
Battery replacement by the customer during the first year of the
warranty is not recommended. If the customer chooses to replace the
batteries, any damage to the unit during the change-out by the owner
will void the warranty. **
ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Dogtra
Company provides the original purchaser a one-year limited warranty on
parts and labor from the date of the original purchase. Products
covered include, Yapper Stoppers bark collars, E-Fence 3000/3000Gold,
Remote Release Systems, (RRS, RRD and RRdeluxe) PL and QL Launcher
Systems.
Not Covered under the Dogtra Warranty Coverage
All
units coming in for warranty or out of warranty services, inbound
shipping fees are the senders' responsibility. Outbound shipping fees
for out of warranty units will be an addition to the repair fees and
are the customers' responsibility.
NOT COVERED UNDER LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY:
We cannot offer warranty for units/products that have been bought secondhand or as a resold product.
Dogtra
DOES NOT replace defective units or provide refunds for products
purchased from us after 30 days from the date of the purchase. Issues
of replacement and refunds on units purchased less than 30 days from an
authorized dealer need to be addressed to the dealer directly.
Dogtra's
warranty DOES NOT cover repairs or replacements due to misuse by the
owner or dog, improper maintenance, and/or lost units. Any water damage
on the Water Resistant Transmitters of the 175NCP, 180NCP, 200NCP,
202NCP, 1400NCP, 1402NCP, 1500NCP and 1502NCP will also not be covered.
All replacement cost for either the transmitter or receiver will be the
owner's responsibility.
NOT COVERED UNDER ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY:
If the product is resold, the warranty will become void and all repairs will be subject to applicable labor fees.
Dogtra DOES NOT replace defective units or provide refunds after 30 days from date of purchase.
Dogtra's
warranty DOES NOT cover repairs or replacement due to misuse, improper
maintenance or lost units. Any water damage on models that are not
waterproof (RRS & RRD) will not be covered. All replacement costs
for either the transmitter or receiver is the owner's responsibility.
The warranty is void if the unit has been altered or an unauthorized person has attempted repair work.
Procedure for Repair Work
The cost of shipping product under warranty back to Dogtra is the customers' responsibility.
Dogtra will provide/pay (via regular ground service, within the
continental United States) the shipping cost back to the customer. Any
expedited shipping service will be at the customers' expense. Dogtra is
not responsible for loss of training time or inconvenience while the
unit is in for repair work. Dogtra does not provide loaner units or any
form of compensation during the repair period.
A copy of the sales receipt showing the purchase date is required before warranty work is initiated.

Systems Premium Lifetime Warranty is the best warranty offered in the
industry. This warranty is free to participating customers. This
changes our normal one year parts and labor warranty to a lifetime
warranty against manufacturing defects on parts and a one year warranty
on labor.
What is covered:
D.T.
Systems Premium Lifetime Warranty covers all parts to be free from
manufacturing defects for as long as the unit is held by the original
owner.
Lifetime Warranty applies only to SPT, EDT and ST series collars.
What is not covered:
Batteries
are not part of our lifetime warranty. Rechargeable batteries are
warranted against defects for one year from the original purchase date.
Our warranty does not cover parts that malfunction due to abuse, misuse, improper maintenance, or incorrect handling.
Damage from dogs chewing or wear and tear from excessive field use is not covered.
Our
warranty does not cover the cost of shipping the unit to our repair
center. Return ground shipping (inside the continental United States)
to the customer is covered. However, next day or second day air
shipping is not covered and if requested will be charged.
Any
unit purchased prior to January 2001 is not covered by the Lifetime
Warranty but is covered by our standard One Year warranty.
How the Lifetime Warranty works:
To
qualify for the Warranty you must fill out the warranty registration
card which came with your system and mail it (with your original sales
receipt) to D.T. Systems within 30 days of purchase.
There is no charge for parts or labor for the first year on any of our lifetime warranted products.
When
the product’s labor warranty expires after the first year, there will
be a normal labor charge for any repair under the lifetime warranty
program should your system be in need of service. Labor charges will
range from $35 to $110 depending on 1) the system model, and 2) the
severity of the repair needed.
Any defective manufactured part or parts that need replacement will be free during the lifetime warranty period.

If you suspect that your Remote Trainer is malfunctioning please first review

The Remote Trainer is covered by a
two-year warranty on parts and labor. (Other Tri-Tronics products may have
a one-year warranty.) The warranty is transferable to
a new owner. It does not cover physical damage or abuse. The warranty is

Paws Aboard Return Information
Paws Aboard offers a variety of
products for you and your pet, all at the lowest possible pricing. Our goal is
the complete satisfaction of our customers. We hope that all of our customers
are satisfied with their purchase. However, if the rare situation occurs where
you are not satisfied, or decide you do not want the product you ordered, then
we invite you to return your products to us.
Return Policy and Return
Instructions
All returns must have Return
Authorization Number (RAN) on the packing label for the
package to be accepted. Packages without a RAN will be refused.
To obtain a
Return Authorization Number, please call our office at
877-987-7297 during business hours: Monday through Friday – 9am
to 5pm (Eastern).
Returns must
be requested within 30 days of the invoice date (No
Exceptions).
Returned items
must be in
new condition, in factory sealed original packaging and
include any manuals, and all accessories provided.
To receive a credit, the items
you return must have been purchased directly from Paws Aboard. A 20%
restocking fee and the cost we paid to ship the product to you will be deducted
from the credit total. If your product is damaged, refer to the warranty
provided, or call or email our office for the manufacturers warranty repair
information.
Partial returns
and/or damages will not receive a full credit. Items damaged
through “wear and tear” or due to shipping damage will receive a
partial or no credit at the discretion on Paws Aboard.
It is the customer’s
responsibility to make sure the packaging will not allow product
damage in shipping. You should insure the shipment for loss or
shipping damage that is out of your control.

We have two dogs, a large black lab mix and a border collie mix. We installed the IUC 4100 over 2 acres of our property. This product turned out to be an excellent choice for us. The training DVD was great and the one time I had to call for support I received excellent advice. Both rechargable collars have given us no problems (1 1/2 years old) and they get there share of abuse - our dogs are very active.
One note on this technology if your not sure about its effectiveness. We also have a few free ranging hens for eggs. The dogs will not cross the fence even when the hens walk near the line. Now that's temptation! **** 5 Star Rating

Our Boxer "SUSU" is 3years old and was trained from a puppy, she only requires the audiable "tone" with a occassional test of the system mostly from her excitment, and not realizing her location in the yard. My System works amazingly well after 1 year. My golden retrievers were wanderers and I can leave them alone outside all day now without a single worry. I've had no problems with the other brand systems employed by both my next door neighbors. My 2 goldens stay out of the garden perimeter as well. This system has given me a new sense of security. I'll never have to spend my evenings driving around screaming out my car window. :) I'm adding a new black lab puppy to the system soon and hope the same good fortune continues. This dog collar product features Innotek’s new UltraSmart ™ technology.
The largest break thru is this new INNOTEK ULTRASMART ™ DOG COLLAR RECEIVER. These advanced small receivers are integrated into the collar. This collar receivers contour to the curved surface of your dog’s neck for a perfect fit, as opposed to all of the other receivers which are basically a square box. The new dog collars also perform an entire self diagnostic, which is fantastic . This is the only dog collar receiver which will let you know if it has been fit correctly to your dog’s neck. Hands down the number one reason that dogs walk over the containment wire and leave the safety of the containment is poor dog collar fit. That problem has now been corrected.

This Ultrasmart ™Dog Collar Receiver is WATERPROOF Most dog collar receivers are now waterproof. Waterproof means that the collar receiver can be submerged in water and will not be damaged. If the collar receiver is not waterproof it is water resistant. Water resistant means that the collar will not be damaged if exposed to rain or snow, but it should not be submerged. Clearly waterproof dog collars are the best.
